The decision was made months ago to only support retrieving 1080p versions of videos, as that audiovisual data can always be down-sampled with FFmpeg or similar to a lower resolution; and it limits options complexity. So, it's been pretty useless for all video files retrieved by tidal-wave to put [HIGH] in the filename!
This pull request changes the filename pattern for .mp4 video files to include the video's ID (last bit of the video's URL) in brackets, much like albums or mixes or playlists.
