Allow 2-Digit TIDAL Artist and Album IDs and Bump Dependence Versions #185

John Williams, the composer for Star Wars and much more, has TIDAL artist ID of 160. Previous to this pull request, only 4-digit to 9-digit IDs were allowed; this is changed.

A few Python package dependencies have bumped minor versions, so those are brought in by this pull request as well.

UPDATE: two-digit artist IDs are valid; the lowest valid value that I have found is 53; that of Neil Diamond!
