This pull request brings in a few changes:

bump versions of Python package dependencies
address (and, hopefully, solve) issue #186
Expand the allowed URLs for albums and artists: 2-digit identifiers are valid, such as artist 53 is Neil Diamond
Include a --version flag for CLI to report current version of tidal-wave
