the Corporate Store

AppStore contents now are influenced by the presence/absence of the moblet 
jars. Before, when you deleted a moblet jar, the corresponding moblet app was 
not deleted from the AppStore database. After this fix, you can add to the 
AppStore by adding a moblet jar to the JBoss deploy folder. To undeploy the app 
all you have to do is delete the moblet jar from the JBoss deploy folder
