Update the GMS requirement bullet. #33

Recently, GMS will no longer support 4.4 very soon (this month). So it's best to update the table to reflect this, along with a source so we aren't making things up. This was a blind modification, so sorry if it straight up breaks things, but I did mess around with inspect element and compare the preview on GitHub and it looks correct. If I'm wrong I'll simply revise the PR. Cheers.

Thank you for your work on this @Smu1zel and @TWiStErRob. I went ahead and merged it although I might come back and make some tweaks to the language to condense the bullet points. And I apologize for being slow on this one, I'll try to be quicker on these.
