[Feature Request] Option to disable code structure/count feature in the lower right hand corner. #27

Great extension! I wish my CPU could keep up with the extra resources needed for the RoslynCodeAnalysisService to keep this extension enabled all the time.

It would be nice to have the option to disable the code structure feature.
