Adding support for django 3.1 and python 3.8 #53

Using model-bakery instead of model-mommy
Removing django 1.8 because 'ReverseManyToOneDescriptor' appear only in django>=1.9 and model-bakery only support django>= 1.11
Adding py3.8 and django3.1 in tox
Adding py3.8 and django3.1 in travis
