Debug inconsistent 'prolog' error with Amadis schema line #63

Something is causing a "content not allowed in prolog" error in the fork of @setriplette. Is it an oXygen-specific issue? I don't see the error in my files in the main repo. Investigate.

I think we may have resolved this with the implementation of the ODD schema, but let's check. Closing for now.
