Edits to Git Exercises, GitShell Tutorial, and HTML exercises #78

Splitting of Git Exercise 1 and Git Exercise 2 ... need to add further edits to Exercise 1 after tutorial edits are completed.

@ebeshero The edits in this pull request include:

  1. the division of the original git exercise into two separate git exercises
  2. edits to the git shell tutorial to simplify the installation process so students are never directed to download a GUI and adding more resources on merge conflicts, commit messages, etc.
  3. edits to HTML Exercise 1 and HTML Exercise 2 to instruct students to save files in Git personal webpage repos as well as the PSC

Be great if we could get these edits live on newtfire as soon as possible. Especially since the edits to the HTML exercises since students will be working on HTML Exercise 1 over the weekend.
