The flag labled 'Shiala saved' is unchecked

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I know that i let Shiala live on Feros and i saved the colony but those 2 flags 
in the ME3 editor are unchecked.  I checked the ME2 editor and the flag for 
Shiala surviving is checked there(i'm using the same save import).

What revision of SaveEdit are you using? For what game platform?
i'm using build 85

Please provide any additional information below.
