Jondum Bau missing #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.create a save from scratch and have Kasumi recruited, loyal and not dead + 
greybox not destroyed.
2. Play past Palaven
3. As soon as possible after Palaven; Go to talk to Jondum Bau

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: finding Jondum bau so "citadel: Hanar diplomat" can start

What revision of SaveEdit are you using? For what game platform?

Man i couldnt play so i wanna check it in the save editor but I do it and in 
the journal the mission is still on. And I cant complete what do I do?
