Miranda's ME3 romance flag #25

How come there's no "Romancing Miranda" toggle in the Romance section of the 
Save Editor? I would be very grateful if you could add that option, for I'd 
like to "unromance" Miranda.

Through some trial and error, I have found that 19727 is the Bool reference for 
Miranda, and 19728 is the one for Jacob.
