The schema store deployed to k8s dev was connected to the mongodb of the test environment (wwwdev) of biosamples.
Problem manifested as a report from a user of the BioSamples test environment that was reported to help desk and landed on Isuru's table:
During the validation against the MIAPPE checklist (BSDC00002) I get : "Problem with request: Sample validation error: 404 Not Found: [no body]"
I've tried using le minimal checklist and it does not work either.
Isuru, Senthil and Amnon investigated & fixed this on 9/10.
[x] clean schemas collection on the test mongo db (Amnon)
[x] export schemas collection from the prod mongo (Amnon)
[x] import schemas collection to the test mongo db (Isuru)
[x] test a submission using the test biosamples (Isuru)
[x] update ci/cd of schema store to deploy biovalidator, store, checklist-editor to biosamples-dev namespace and to use the dev mongo (url from gitlab)(Senthil)
[ ] update traffic manager rules to use wwwint for dev instead of wwwdev (Senthil)
