import checklist groups

webin portal needs to show the checklist groups, currently available as a json The data is coming from ChecklistGroupController in webin-reports which should use the json api of the schema store to get this information.

There are 2 tasks here:

[x] import group data to the json schema store (FAIRification stream)
[x] add in checklist ui: list, edit, show
