To validate XMLs:

[x] Ensure XMLs don't have properties not allowed by ENA
- [x] delete identifiers tag
- [x] delete accession attribute in sample
- [x] randomize "alias" attribute in sample
[x] Send them to ENA dev environment
~[ ] Look up report API to retrieve results~
[x] Write up results

Full script is available here

The output folder of the script used in the previous ticket (retrieve xmls from ena using biosamples accessions) can be used as an input for this script.

The output is a folder containing all the receipts. These receipts contain the result of the validation.

This is done, at least for the purpose of this ticket. Comparison and results will be discussed in #25
