Worked Dataset Example with MADIVA

As part of the eLwazi Jamboree, Wei has responsibilities for prepping for the FAIRification and Data Harmonisation parts of the day. This ticket is about FAIRification.

We aim to have a worked example dataset from MADIVA that has gone through the FAIRification Framework Process from FAIRplus, which will have:

• a worked example template sheet, with goals, examination, and design decisions

• Dataset Maturity Assessment (pre- and post)

• [x] email MADIVA

• [x] set up first set of meetings with Theo and Nkosinathi

• [x] set up second set of meetings

• [ ] Work through FAIRification Framework Process

We had a productive meeting with MADIVA including with Scott Hazelhurst. They are in the process of creating a synthetic dataset for us to perform the FAIRification process. Will follow up with them (hopefully they make it by end of week!)

Not getting any data from MADIVA or HE2AT so I will make a worked example using one of their existing dataset codebooks
