Description of the issue Send the harmonised soil template to all collaborators, with brief instructions on how to fill and what is expected on certain fields.

TBD: Create a MICROBE general soil sample (Current one is specific to the soil child samples) and upload to sharepoint, sending an email to the proper people afterwards

I have prepared a general soil template + another template that explains each of the fields, in detail, with recommended vocabullary etc - I will talk with Jeena on Monday and we can upload the files to sharepoint
