How to deal with Lattice team projects and the Project Catalogue #563

Description: The Lattice team now have access to Ingest and I have explained how they can register projects, and enter their names as wranglers, and change statuses. So they seem to now have updated various projects, even went and put their names on already done projects in the past.

This now creates a problem with the way 'Published in DCP' finds the match on the data portal with the UUID we keep when we do submissions. This would mean the links on the catalogue will either not be there or not work..

Ideas on how to handle or what to tell them to do as instructions?

EXAMPLE: Transcriptomic classification of human retinal cell types with single-nuclei RNA-seq. (LINKS TO THE EBI old version of this.. )

when it's a completely new project, and the Catalogue' box is ticked, then it will have a broken link maybe?

We could add an optional DCP url (or UUID) field to the project form for this - I can't think of another way.

I don't love that that field would be available for all projects (not just those from Lattice). Is there a way to distinguish Lattice team's projects from others? That way we could hide the new field.
