output of geo-to-hca cannot be loaded in Numbers #825

The spreadsheet file created in the geo-to-hca tool cannot be loaded to Numbers on Mac. It can be loaded in Google Sheet. It can be programatically read by the import code if ingest (in ingest-broker).

This only happens when running the tool using the REST api call to ingest-broker. It does not happen when running the tool from the command line.
