Fill out mapped metadata and submit to biosamples #995

Description of the issue

Based on the metadata mapping described in the other ticket, broker the initial samples to BioSamples and retrieve accessions.

Parent samples were accessioned.

Currently working on the child samples, in terms of metadata fields that are needed and/or if we should release them.

Conditional to tasks ebi-ait/data-catalogue-frontend#17 and ebi-ait/dcp-ingest-central#998

Once those are filled out, we can proceed submitting the child samples

Moved to icebox until we finish the blocking tasks

This is technically done - Samples are still private but we got them submitted.

The next step is to monitorize the update of the ENA checklists and, once ERC000022 is updated, we can add it to the samples.

Will leave this in Review/QA and discuss if we move it to done

Checklist is released and there is a ticket to improve on the existing metadata
