[Archiver] Ontology validation fails in DSP

Acceptance Criteria:

• [ ] Get to the bottom of why DSP fails validation when we use ontology labels that aren't Defining Ontologies.

Some questions:

• [x] Why do we use ontologies that aren't Defining Ontologies Because the HCA ontologies are a subset of ontologies that have been decided as acceptable in the HCA metadata. They will almost never be a "defining ontology" because the actual defining ontology is a different term that has been accepted in the HCA standard.
• [ ] Why does DSP reject ontologies that aren't Defining Ontologies (ask the DSP)

Possible outcome:

• [ ] Put in a DSP feature request that ontology labels don't have to be Defining Ontologies

@MightyAx Is this now failing for different ontology terms to those fixed in https://github.com/EMBL-EBI-SUBS/json-schema-validator/pull/37? Or is it the same problem, same terms?
