reintroduce timecourse question to template generator questionnaire

At some point this question got dropped but we would like to re-introduce it

The question will read something like:

Does your experiment involve a timecourse?

Options are Yes or No radio buttons, only one can be selected

There will be a dependent question if the user answers 'Yes' to determine which biomaterial had a timecourse component.

something like:

Which biomaterial had a timecourse?

Options will be a multi-select dropdown with the options:

• Donor
• Cell suspension
• Cell line

Then ensure the answer key will add the timecourse module to the right biomaterial based on the answer.

There are only some biomaterials above because these are the ones that currently allow adding the timecourse module.

Open to feedback or suggestions on exact wording or the helper text for the questions above. I think the main thing is to add the question and get the logic to add the modules
