Update publications for some submitted datasets

The following projects have their publicationsInfo field updated but the publications field in the metadata is still missing. We need to update them in Ingest and propagate to DCP &/or archives.

This is still relevant. These datasets were submitted to DCP/archives without publication info in project metadata. I believe we want to update them.

I think we might be chasing our tails here a bit. The top one - project - f83165c5-e2ea-4d15-a5cf-33f3550bffde - shows in the data portal with the correct publication. https://data.humancellatlas.org/explore/projects/f83165c5-e2ea-4d15-a5cf-33f3550bffde. As far as I can see, its only the last one (41fb1734-a121-4616-95c7-3b732c9433c7) that is actually missing publication info in the browser

On the other hand, in Ingest https://contribute.data.humancellatlas.org/projects/detail?uuid=74b6d569-3b11-42ef-b6b1-a0454522b4a0 there is a publication, but the name and authors don't seem to match. This has not been propagated to DCP. So would require investigation and fixing
• 4a95101c-9ffc-4f30-a809-f04518a23803 - There is no publication in the DCP browser. In Ingest https://contribute.data.humancellatlas.org/projects/detail?uuid=4a95101c-9ffc-4f30-a809-f04518a23803 there is a publication. However, nor the authors or the name of the paper match. Will need investigating, updating, and propagating the changes to DCP.
