I updated a project which had been exported in ingest.
Specifically, I changed the library prep. method from Drop-seq to 10X 3' v3. I also modified the relevant fields in the tab - the barcode read,length,offset.
However, it is now raising an error when I save changes because the spatial barcode fields are missing. However, this dataset does not include 10X visium spatial transcriptomics.
