"Exported" Projects with submissions stuck in submitted and wrangling status reverted to In Progress

I have identified 2 projects that in theory were exported for Release 26 (1st) and Release 27 (2nd) (have import forms filled out and in theory did not raise any issues or flags with the Import Team).

However, when I was updating the Bionetwork spreadsheet I realised that two projects had a status Reverted to In Progress.

Looking into detail those two projects have submissions stuck in "Submitted" instead of being exported or Complete.

There are some guidelines on how to investigate here

• [ ] Check if there are any issues
• [ ] Resolve issues (if any)
• [ ] Make sure the submission goes to exported
• [ ] This should (without manual intervention) automatically revert the wrangling status to "Submitted" first and eventually to Published in DCP once they are in DCP already

• aa55000c-0168-48d8-9026-2d3a76ec8af3 AND f6133d2a-9f3d-4ef9-9c19-c23d6c7e6cc0 are listed in the #1220 issue with submissions stuck in intermediate state (here both are in state Exporting)

We can close the ticket as both projects' problem is described in ticket #1220.
