main changes:

adding info about Workspace and instruction link
sending hca-util credentials at the same time with the spreadsheet
remove the metadata spreadsheet files from s3://org-hca-data-archive-upload-prod/
added an interactive graph to illustrate the MA process - you can review it here because it's not visible in the SOP yet
