The protocol id and name in the protocol boxes are currently identified by the script but users are unable to edit these. Ideally we would be able to edit these. Priority: 1

I am closing this ticket as we want to integrate the hca-to-scea tool into ingest and introduce this functionality there. We will deprecate the current npm based interactive functionality.
