Check if the hca-to-scea tool works for the following scenarios:

Specimens from multiple donors are pooled: yes, this results in a list of the pooled samples separated by a pipe "||" in the sdrf file.
Cell suspensions from multiple specimens are pooled: this causes an error

Add functionality to enable experiments with pooled samples.

Decided this can get too complicated and messy. The tool will not support datasets with pooled samples. Pooled samples should be removed. However, the tool could identify the pooled samples and then remove them from the dataset for later manual curation. To do.
