18102021 - Ensure paired_end_2_files.adoc only runs for raw files #39

Describe the bug The test paired_end_2_files.adoc runs for all files, but should only run for sequence files

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Load a dataset with 10x library preparation + analysis file
  2. Run the tests
  3. paired_end_2_files.adoc will always fail

Expected behavior The test shouldn't fail for analysis files
