- Fix to AAP authentication
- SampleService fix for index out of bounds while checking list of SRA accessions.
- Allow NCBI pipeline to update SRA sample accession, don't assign ERS accessions to NCBI samples while import
- Don't call ENA taxonomy API for taxon validation, rely on ENA for submission time validation
- Java 8 client for Webin CLI compatibility
