Riboflavin biosynthesis compounds #1691

Hi,

I need some compounds involved in riboflavin biosynthesis. This is a new IUBMB reaction (EC 3.5.1.102)

2-amino-5-formylamino-6-(D-ribosylamino)pyrimidin-4(3H)-one 5'-phosphate + H2O = 2,5-diamino-6-(D-ribosylamino)pyrimidin-4(3H)-one 5'-phosphate + formate

Also here there are more compounds needed. The cited reactions are still under review:

EC 1.1.1.302 2,5-diamino-6-(1-D-ribitylamino)-4(3H)-pyrimidinone 5′-phosphate + NAD(P)+ = 2,5-diamino-6-(1-D-ribosylamino)pyrimidin-4(3H)-one 5′-phosphate + NAD(P)H + H+

Hi,

I need even more compounds in this pathway, here EC 2.5.1.78

1-deoxy-L-glycero-tetrulose 4-phosphate + 5-amino-6-(D-ribitylamino)uracil = 6,7-dimethyl-8-(D-ribityl)lumazine + 2 H2O + phosphate
