Naphthalene metabolism compounds #1693

Closed muthuvenkat closed 8 years ago

Hi,

I need some compounds for the naphthalene metabolism pathway. These are new IUBMB reactions: EC 1.13.11.56

1,2-dihydroxynaphthalene + O2 = 2-hydroxy-2H-chromene-2-carboxylate

The pathways diagram is here: http://www.chem.qmul.ac.uk/iubmb/enzyme/reaction/misc/naphthalene.html

Hi,

I also need the compounds for the new IUBMB EC 4.1.2.45,

(3E)-4-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-2-oxobut-3-enoate + H2O = 2-hydroxybenzaldehyde + pyruvate

linked by EC 5.99.1.4,

2-hydroxy-2H-chromene-2-carboxylate = (3E)-4-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-2-oxobut-3-enoate
