polymer submissions #173

hello,

If I try to submit a polymer, the submission tool disregards the square brackets.

(I've only been doing this on the development version, not the real one!)

This is probably something pretty substantial to fix, but it would be really helpful.

The problem here is that the CML which is used in the background to store the structures, doesn't (straightforwardly) store polymers converted from the MOLfile representation of polymers.

The best solution would probably be to store Polymer Markup Language which is compatible with CML but for now a converter MOL<->PML doesn't seem to exist.

Quickest work-around: store MOL structure alongside CML for polymers for the time being.
