dolichyl compounds #1929

Hi,

A range of dolichyl compounds needs updating. There is a repetitive unit, but during the switch to pH 7.3 most of the correct formulas have been lost

CHEBI:16091 dolichol, please uncheck the OK formula CHEBI:16214 dolichyl phosphate, please check conjugated_base 57683 CHEBI:57497 dolichyl diphosphate(3−) , please correct formula CHEBI:17624 dolichyl β-D-mannosyl phosphate, please correct formula, and check conjugated_base 58211 CHEBI:15809 dolichyl D-mannosyl phosphate CHEBI:18278 N-acetyl-D-glucosaminyldiphosphodolichol, there are two checked formulas, and check conjugated_base 58427 CHEBI:15812 dolichyl β-D-glucosyl phosphate CHEBI:17198 dolichyl N-acetyl-α-D-glucosaminyl phosphate, there are two checked formulas, and please check conjugated_base 58050 CHEBI:17298 dolichyl D-xylosyl phosphate, there are two checked formulas, and please check conjugated_base 58096 CHEBI:29074 dolichyl palmitate, please check and add structure, used in Rhea:16688, EC 2.3.1.123

Hi,

A couple of additional compounds:

CHEBI:18341 diacetylchitobiosyldiphosphodolichol, CHEBI:18396 β-D-mannosyldiacetylchitobiosyldiphosphodolichol, please check and add structure. Both used in Rhea:13868, EC 2.4.1.142 Please also create pH 7.3 compounds for both

CHEBI:29074 dolichyl palmitate, please check and add structure. Also create pH 7.3 compound. Used in Rhea:16688, EC 2.3.1.123
