Hi Ben,

This additional relationship is not necessary as 16566 is connected to 46968, which is in turn connected to 35785, so if you look at the tree-view you will see:

sphinganine (16566) is_a 2-aminooctadecane-1,3-diol (46968) is_a sphingoid (35785)
