Hi. I am importing some ChEBI classes to build an ontology of biomedical research reagents, and am struggling to define the concept of 'being modified' - as it applies in particular to molecular entities. I was curious what criteria you used in determining if an amino acid is a 'ChEBI:modified amino acid', as this class currently lacks a definition. Any insight or references you could provide here would be helpful.
