I am leading a group that is doing ontology annotation for plant > phenotypes, and we need an ontology term for 2-Acetyl-1-pyrroline, > abbreviated 2AP, with the IUPAC name > 1-(3,4-dihydro-2H-pyrrol-5-yl)ethanone. Now done. 2-acetyl-1-pyrroline (CHEBI:67125) will become public with the next release of ChEBI, scheduled for 3rd August.
