HI Anne

I believe that what you want here is the anionic state in which polygalacturonic acid mostly exists at pH 7.3. However the molfile which you have supplied is that for poly(methyl galacturonate), i.e. an ester of polygalacturonic acid, not the anion. Am I correct?
