Hello,

The submission tool isn't loading for me, so I'm creating a SF ticket instead. Please could I have a new ChEBI entry:

is_a: HPETE anion ; CHEBI:59720 is conjugate base of 8(S)-HPETE ; CHEBI:34487

It's the product of my new GO term: arachidonate 8(S)-lipoxygenase activity ; GO:0036403 And the corresponding KEGG reaction: KEGG:R07053

I'm about to ask Rhea to create a corresponding reaction (similar to RHEA:14988, but producing the S-enantiomer)

It relates to the original GO SF request: https://sourceforge.net/p/geneontology/ontology-requests/10305/

Hi Becky,

Kristian beat us to this one. His submission, (S)-HPETE(1−) (CHEBI:75322) is currently visible on the ChEBI website. The completed and checked entry, including ontology classification, will become public with the November release of ChEBI, scheduled for Monday 4/11/13.
