Hi,

CHEBI:13511 Zn2+(in) CHEBI:13512 Zn2+(out) CHEBI:13300 Cu2+(in) CHEBI:13301 Cu2+(out) CHEBI:13237 Ag+(in) CHEBI:13238 Ag+(out) CHEBI:13292 Cl-(in) CHEBI:13293 Cl-(out) CHEBI:13359 H+(in) CHEBI:13360 H+(out) CHEBI:13289 Cd2+(in) CHEBI:13290 Cd2+(out) CHEBI:13323 Fe3+(in) CHEBI:13324 Fe3+(out)

All these compounds were imported from transport reactions and should be deleted.
