Dear Jean-Philippe, This is area that i have been working on in collaboration with the team from IEDB team at the La Jolla Institute for Allergy and Immunology (LIAI). ChEBI currently has entries for the parent mono- or oligo-saccharide molecules for the most of the examples which you quote, see e.g. CHEBI:40356, CHEBI:61818, CHEBI:61820 for the first 3 entries in Table 9.1. Please let me know if there are any specific new entries that you need us to add to the ChEBI database. Regards, Marcus Ennis, Consultant Curator, EMBL-EBI and LIAI

@M-Ennis I am sorry for this 2 years later answer, I did not get the notification on my email. After meeting with Dr. Randi Vita from LIAI who told me you did CHEBI entries (I was waiting from an email for Garth).I have a huge list I have been working on with some GLYToucan ID, I will follow up. Thanks
