DD-2,6-diaminopimelic acid, is an other configuration of LL-2,6-diaminopimelic acid (ChEBI: 16026) and it doesn't have any ID at the moment.

2,4-diaminobutyric acid (ChEBI: 64307) have two configuration, which haven't an ID on ChEBI yet: meso-2,4-diaminobutyric acid and D-2,4-diaminobutyric acid (CAS No. 26908-94-1). All three configurations contained in bacterial Cell wall (Peptidoglycan). We would be glad if DD-2,6-diaminopimelic acid, meso-2,4-diaminobutyric acid and D-2,4-diaminobutyric acid included in ChEBI. Please let me know if you encounter any difficulties with my request or have any questions.

An entry has now been created for DD-2,6-diaminopimelic acid (CHEBI:144636).

2,4-diaminobutyric acid (ChEBI: 64307) has two configurations: D-2,4-diaminobutyric acid (CHEBI:144635) and L-2,4-diaminobutyric acid (CHEBI:48950).

You cannot get meso-2,4-diaminobutyric acid since the compound is not symmetrical. I don't know where you got the name from.
