Hello

the vmh.uni.lu database has been permanently moved to vmh.life. Could you please update the links accordingly?

I would also be happy to share with you the newest mapping between VMH IDs and ChEBI IDs. Alternatively, you can access them via our api.

@ithiele, Thanks for writing to us. We use UniChem to create mapping between ChEBI and VMH and few other resources. If you can share the whole metabolites file location, I am happy to pass the file to UniChem. By that way UniChem data also gets updated.
