erythro-5-hydroxy-L-lysine #412

The structure displayed for CHEBI:18040 is inconsistent with that displayed in the associated KEGG:C01211 entry, and with that displayed in the ChemIDPlus entry for CAS-RN 1190-94-9.

The structure depicted in KEGG as C01211 is actually that of the threo isomer [(5S)-5-hydroxy-L-lysine], not the naturally occurring erythro one [(5R)-5-hydroxy-L-lysine]. Likewise the structure shown in ChemIDplus and given the systematic name erythro-5-Hydroxy-L-lysine is not the erythro isomer but the threo one. I believe the structure shown in CHEBI:18040 is the correct one.

KEGG have amended their entry and also split it into C01211 and C16741 (procollagen and standalone compound respectively). These are now mirrored in ChEBI as 51807 and 18040 respectively. The entry in ChemIDplus still shows the wrong stereochemistry but I'm not going to press this on them again.
