Add role to NMR reference compounds from IUPAC #4467

Dear ChEBI team,

we as NFDI4Chem suggest adding the term "NMR chemical shift reference compound" (CHEBI:228364) as a role via the "has role" property to the ChEBI terms listed below. These mew compounds come from NMR nomenclature. Nuclear spin properties and conventions for chemical shifts(IUPAC Recommendations 2001) (Table 1). I have provided the corresponding pdf with the molecules highlighted (in pdf page 4) for easier curation at the end of the issue.

The role has now been added to the above compounds. Thanks
