Pectin and Pectate (CHEBI:17309 and CHEBI:68837) do not correspond #4475

The description of these and hierarchies are inconsistent and lead to strange conclusions.

I suggest that the pectate description is updated to match the pectin one. That for both pectate and pectin mol files/images are deleted.

For pectate the description might be something like

Any mixture of complex, colloidal, macromolecular plant galacturonans containing a large proportion of D-galactopyranosyluronic acid residues in α-(1→4) linkage, of which the deprotonated carboxy groups have been of which may be esterified to varying degrees by methyl groups or be partially or completely converted into salts.

I'm also confused by this. These are related by conjugate base/acid relations, which is consistent with the current text definition, but I think the relationship between pectin and pectate is one of de-esterification
