Add role to NMR reference compounds from IUPAC #4506

Dear ChEBI team,

we as NFDI4Chem suggest adding the term "NMR chemical shift reference compound" (CHEBI:228364) as a role via the "has role" property to the ChEBI terms listed below. These mew compounds come from "Further conventions for NMR shielding and chemical shifts (IUPAC Recommendations 2008)" APPENDIX 1, pages 80 -> 82
