I am a bit confused with 'cob(II)yrinate' that appears as a synonym in two chebi entries, once such as a Uniprot name, once such as a KEGG COMPOUND name.
Can a synonym be reported in two different chebi ids?
Or are there some (direct?) relationships missing between CHEBI:33907 cob(III)yrinic acid AND CHEBI:58894 cob(II)yrinate(6−)
Hello ChEB Team,
I am a bit confused with 'cob(II)yrinate' that appears as a synonym in two chebi entries, once such as a Uniprot name, once such as a KEGG COMPOUND name.
Can a synonym be reported in two different chebi ids? Or are there some (direct?) relationships missing between CHEBI:33907 cob(III)yrinic acid AND CHEBI:58894 cob(II)yrinate(6−)
https://www.ebi.ac.uk/chebi/searchId.do?chebiId=33907
https://www.ebi.ac.uk/chebi/searchId.do?chebiId=58894
CHEBI:33907 cob(III)yrinic acid has also synonym 'Cob(II)yrinic acid' which is a different chebi entry: CHEBI:52499 cob(II)yrinic acid
Thank you for your help in clarifying things here
