Remove 'Select Genome Browser from the list of browsers' from list of Genome Browsers #20

This was a bug found by Robert. In the dropdown for "Select Genome Browser from the list of browsers" this was also appearing as a option for selection. It has now been fixed and new logic is to select the first browser from the list of browsers by default.
