We need to make sure that bulk can work with Solr 8.7 and PostgreSQL 11. Hopefully we can reuse some of the code changes from this already merged task for SCXA repo: https://github.com/ebi-gene-expression-group/atlas-web-single-cell/pull/291

@alfonsomunozpomer I am not sure about the milestone as it was already set when I dragged this story to our current iteration. Please feel free to change it as you see. I started to work on this story, by the way. I hope it is fine.
